In-Home Redesign Consultations
After meeting with you in
your home we will discuss any design concerns you might
have. We will work with you while recommending
cost-effective, sustainable living ideas and changes. We will
survey your space and analyze
your room's current function, placement of furniture, art and accessories,
and discuss how your family lives in your home.
We will provide you
with creative interior design techniques, color
consultation, and space planning to achieve this. If deciding
upon on a color scheme, we will bring paint samples for you
to view to help you determine complimentary colors. With the information you furnish and digital photos we take
of your rooms, we will provide you with a plan and a
suggested shopping list if necessary. You can complete the
changes on your own or schedule us for an interior makeover.
Interior Redesign & "Up-Cycling" «
The room in your home to be made over is
emptied with the exception of large pieces, and painted (if
needed). If you'd like us to provide painting
services, an extra cost is added. The furniture
and accessories are then placed back in the room one item at
a time using principles of scale and balance. With your
permission, we “shop” the remainder of the home to
supplement the room’s décor. Upon completion, we will
provide a recommended list of any additional finishing
touches to complete the makeover.

a comprehensive walk-through, we provide you and/or your

detailed
written evaluation
and checklist for “staging” and preparing each room of your home.
Let us assist you in
editing your possessions so buyers can imagine
themselves living in your home
. This detailed evaluation will show you how you can
effectively present each room in your home to look its best.
Our suggestions may include repairs, furniture
additions/subtractions, color and paint selections, shopping
ideas, and ideas
for enhanced curb appeal.
After we complete the assessment, and if you wish for us to help you, we can implement our staging plan. Our consultant will carefully edit your belongings and spend time tackling things inside your home and out. At this time it is strongly suggested that you begin packing early. We will simplify your decor which requires depersonalizing and focusing on the best features your home has to offer. We will transform your home using sustainable concepts and low-cost enhancements. Your home will be a beautiful showcase that will be the envy of your neighborhood. We provide lots of photos for you and your realtor to use when marketing your home. After staging your

supplies. We want your home to out-shine the

If you don't have time to get out and shop for the recommended items needed to help complete your home to provide that final touch, then we can select and purchase the furniture and/or accessories for you. We will always work within your budget and shop a variety of consignment stores before spending money on new items. Our motto is to reuse, recycle, and up-cycle first.
Are you down-sizing, moving up, or needing help with packing? We know how frustrating and overwhelming it can be to get all your ducks in a row. It can be exhausting trying to figure out what you need in a space that you are unfamiliar with. We have joined forces with a great company in Roanoke who will give you personalized service and help you plan your move step-by-step. They use a very detailed checklist and take care of everything so that your transition is simplified from the moment you make your decision to move, to the moment you sit and relax in your perfectly placed easy chair. You have the option of being involved in the process as much as you want to be. They will supply you with everything needed to get the job done quickly and professionally. We use recycled cardboard boxes because they are "earth friendly" and don't contain toxins like the plastic ones. We have various ways of simplifying the process, packing carefully, and identifying the contents of boxes, so you can sit back and relax. Contact us to help you set up a consultation.
